Kissinger was busy locking up his legacy as a blood-soaked murderer in those days, with the secret carpet bombing of Cambodia and Laos. WTF would he rat out Nixon??

Kissinger and Nixon were also instrumental in ending Vietnam. Kissinger and Nixon were also instrumental in opening relations with China, who until then, would have nothing to do with Western Culture.
I'm not the biggest fan of either person, but they were quite possibly two of the greatest statesmen of our lifetime.
