Steve, I got it backwards. It has to be no larger than 250x300 and under 20K to be used as an avatar on Rennlist. If it works at those dimentions I will email DarrylD and ask permission to use it as my avatar.

Also, if you could make it turn faster that would be cool.

This is 20,289 bytes, which is <20K. Had to shrink it to 200 pixels wide and remove half the frames...

Crap! Darrly didn't have a problem with it but I can't upload it.

I guess Rennlist changed their policy. The file has to be smaller than 19.5K.

I thought it used to be 20K.

I can fix it tonight. Sounds like 20,000 bytes like here.
