Manta fahrer sounds like a mirror image of a typical Ford Capri owner from the mid eighties. Manta's were actually fairly rare in the UK and their amazing ability to rust away combined with the attitude of what was the Vauxhall/Opel dealer network not supporting cars much over 8 years old means they are now incredibly rare here.

I have to admit I have a big soft spot for them.
