Random VIDEO thread
We have a joke thread.
We have a picture thread We had a Grid Girls thread We have a post your own photo thread. So how about a random video thread? Post the link and a brief description: I'll start: A drag race between an F1 car, Superbike, and racing Boat. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1914692207624681889 |
I've got one that's car related. It's of a real pretty young thing getting freaky with the shift rod in a miata. I don't think Z-man would approve.
A recent post, but worth the repost anyway. Carrera GT drifting around a mountain road http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1294420330942974226&q=porsche |

Hoo boy, this is a dangerous thread! Not from the z-man perspective, but I can see someone's b/w getting drained when some moron re-posts a link from here to 20 other BBS's...

Thom, so true, fortunately the videos won't be playing from here, but still. THis site and the various video sites will likely get hammered. We can only hope.

I've got a host with a fast connection and 40gb bandwidth left for today... drop me a PM with a note on where to download that stick shift chick and I'll host it

Here's some on-board videos I made last July on a group ride with some Pelicans from the R1100S board near Yosemite. Please don't cross-post them; I don't know if I can handle the bandwidth. These are 43-58 MB files...

That Iraqi video has to be a photochop, sheesh!

I think I remember seeing something like that on National Geo. or something like that.. Some native test of manliness.... Jumping down into soft mud or some such.
|
Chris, I saw a NG show on a primative cultures with men proving their manlihood in such a way too, but they made "bungies" from vines. The trick was to make it just long enough so they softly bounced off the dirt. Bamboo poles or branchs in a bunch provided the spring in the assembly. Sometimes accidents happened or they got too manly. Might have been the same show...but no freaking dirt dive like that video... :(

Someone find the "Huricane boredom video with the Mickey D's Neon drifter!" :D

C6 Corvette commercial pulled by GM because of complaints by safety kooks. Filmed by Madonna's husband, Guy Ritchie.

That's too bad, the Vette commercial was awesome.

The guy with the Ferrari model is amazing.
As a kid I was always trying to get my model cars to look perfect like the picture on the box. Can't even imagine what it took to do what he did. |
I recommend you get the whole thing.
