I try to set resolutions that I may actually keep. Spend more money on my car, play more golf, get a gun sometime. Set your goals low, maybe you'll suprise yourself.

eat at least one apple a day... and do 5 minutes of sit-ups, and 5 minutes of push-ups every day. spend more time with the kids and less time at work. that's it.
