Why not put a stop to this? I admit that I am skeptical. I have no more physics education than high school, and a couple basic college-level courses, but don't see how this can possibly work.

I assume you have done this at your own home, and it's working for you. If you were to post your address, I'm sure every Pelicanhead within a reasonable radius would love to see this system in action.

The inventor does believe in it enough that he only wants to show an actual working unit, while and at the same time have a substantial mass of citizens aware of the tech. so that it won't be so easily suppressed by the powers to be.
