Yeah, Patsy, you're a gen-you-whine legend in your own mind. when you finally realize that your own "greatness" exists only in your own little private Idaho, perhaps then you will understand just how insignifficant you really are.

Your arrogance truly knows no bounds, but before you jump onto your high horse and prance about, allow me to share a few words of wisdom. Samuel Butler, english essayist, novelist and critic once wrote, "The truest characters of ignorance are vanity, and pride and arrogance.”

And there there are the words of David Hume, Scottish Philosopher, Historian, Economist and Essayist, who said, "When men are most sure and arrogant they are commonly most mistaken, giving views to passion without that proper deliberation which alone can secure them from the grossest absurdities”

Both of these statements really do describe your BBS personna to a tee.

Just go to David Duke's website if you want a full breakdown of Patsy's views...The similarities are striking.

I'm fortunate enough to have been here for the entirety of Patsy's reign as resdident *****head. And also fortunate he's taught me enough to see him for the arrogant pr!ck he really is.

The only reason I kneel in front of Patsy is so that I can look the mental midget square in the eye. (Not that there's anything wrong with being a midget...)

You really are a legend in your own mind. Amazing. Tell me why are you wasting your life in healthcare and as a farmer? It seems the world and students everywhere would be benefitted by your self-proclaimed higher enlightenment.

The discussion of politics, religion and history throughout time have proven one thing, and one thing only. Some @ss will think he has the right answers straight across the board. If you really knew your history you would know just how illusory your beliefs really are. Beliefs of political and religious righteousness have been crushed time and time again. History books have been re-written due to their inaccuracies since a statement on history is only as accurate as the perception from which it stems. But I’m happy for you that you found comfort with the History channel.

First, you need to explain why you think farming or healthcare is a waste of time as a career, or is this just a Freudian reveal?

I don't deal in beliefs, that's a religion. I deal in historial facts as best as they can be determined, that's science.

Come back when you have facts to communicate out here, instead of some silly ad hominem. You got caught with your beliefs down around your ankles, and are acting out over that faux pas.

That's a poor resonse.

The truly sad thing here is that Patsy really believes everything he posts.

Pat, does it hurt? It sure looks painful from over here.

Fair, no. Life isn't fair.
Once one understands the root cause of a particular presentation, the motive becomes clear.
This fellow's motive for posting what he does, and the manner in which he does, places him in the same classification as any other garden-variety blowbag, tout de suite - just another ego structure that is terrified of getting off its position.
A fear-based core psych construct with an anger-based drive representation of fronting otherwise.

The more intense the blow, bluster, and self-pimping, the deeper the sense of lack.
The anger component is an ego-based salvific measure to disguise the defendedness around the fear, as well as the vehicle through which the discharge of psychic tension can be pleasurably actualized.
A common and pure type.
.
Next case.

INteresting comments about WWII, Germany vs> THe Soviet Union.

Had there not been a two fromt war and Germany were free to deploy whatever necessary on the Eastern Front, victory might have been possible save for the lack of a long-range four engine bomber. The Germans had no way to knock out the production facilities that had been moved eastward out of range of the two engine aircraft that Germany had concentrated on . The USSR was pumping out Stormovek planes and T34 tanks far faster than the Germans could destroy them and, although "inferior", there were so many that the FW 190 or the ME 109 could not stem the tade and were simply out numbered.

You need to read take things considering the context in which it is presented. There is a reason sentences are placed in paragraphs. Any statement can be dissected and manipulated into self-serving statements. Keep up your efforts in an attempt to master this art.

I find it interesting that your carrier is based on probably the most highly government subsidized industries, yet start the thread basing those who support subsidizing your livelihood by wasting tax payer dollars. A hypocritical existence if there ever is one. Touting education of the masses of words of undisputed and unfounded wisdom on a Porsche related OT board is simply pathetic.

Don,

Quite the spot-on diagnosis of our "learned" colleague.

I couldn't have said it better myself.
(Then again, I don't think I could have said that at all...by myself! ) LOL
