i live in the Tampa Bay area and this thing got jawed to death, including some pretty funny stuff from the local DJ's about what kind of kid would actually rat her out........the answer was the one who was forced to drive while his buddy was gettin busy....LMAO. I have talked to a shrink friend and she says that this gal is not what you would calla true pedophile. She is a whacked out girl whose emotional age is actually pretty close to that of her victim. Abit of twisted thnking is what they would call it. The interesting part is that, although people are screaming for her to go to jail, she actually got whacked pretty hard compared to what she would have gotten before the Jessica Lunsford murder. Before that she could have cut a deal for 2 years house arrest max, if any, instead of three and proabably 6 years probation after that. If she finished her therapy, she could have been early terminated anytime after year 4 under the old setup. Under the provisions of her deal,she has to do the entire 10 years. No early termination. She might be able to shorten the house arrest, but I'm not sure. But she is probably going to do twice as much time as someone in the same postion would have done a couple of years ago and with the zero tolerance rule, they can put her in jail for a parking ticket or late fee payment. One kind of unfortunate part is that the probation officers and sheriffs deputies that handle sex offender tracking are going to have to spend about as much time and resources on her as they would on a real bad guy. ESPECIALLY in her first 3 years of house arrest and also because it is such a high profile case. I know the girl screwed up BAD, but it sems to me that those resources could be better spent. But they DOC got its boob in a ringer when it dropped the ball on Couey, Smith and the X-Box murders, so they can only do it feast or famine, i guess...ol

IF the genders were reversed, 25 yo man and 14 yo girl, how long would the teacher be spending in prison. She is physically quite attractive, but as stated above, I would not do her if she spoke before the act were consumated
