I've had good luck with Flonase. Just about any prescription nasal steroid during the allergen time of the year seems to help quite a bit.

Sinus rinse hell, get a couple of grams of coke or meth or even Comet (like up in smoke!), snort that puppy and all your problems will go away! (well, that is until you come to, find yourself in handcuffs in a jail in Mexico...
 )I take a washcloth, put it in the hottest water you can get, then put it over my face and let it sit. Repeat for a while and it usually helps.
