snow...I was serious. Why do we place ourselves as the world's policemen? A lot of these countries are very happy to let us use our treasure while they are content to simply hold our coats.
Sure, we can help the but our record over the past 50 years at picking friends is just plain awful. We have to be a bit more careful who we back, when, and why.
