I'm thinking I might go pickup some crab legs from Costco after work.

I just had my gallbladder removed on Friday, so it's been smoothies, chicken and noodles and Wheat Thin crackers for me this weekend.

Tonight, I'm having chicken breasts on a bed of wild rice, artichoke hearts, and fresh mushrooms, in white wine sauce. With yellow crooknecked squash, and brocolli. With a nice organic lager. I cook the chicken on the grill until it's just golden brown on the outside, then bring it in, lay it on it's bed, then Linda puts it into the oven for about an hour. The veggies are sauteed. |
