I said the only thing I want is room for a lift (Maybe two) in the garage. So - I now have a garage with 12'9" ceiling, side pull 9 x 9 garage doors.

This is the only pic I could find on my work computer. That's a friend in the chair and his wife lifting my son on the jack. My wife's the one hidding. My garage is usually a disaster zone like in the picture, but I clean it about every 3 months before things really get out of hand.

I assume you meant new house rather than remodel. Otherwise that's a hell of a remodel

Sweet garage!

Had to split the garage with the wife.
Her side has washer and dryer refrigerator/freezer, mop sink and cabinets.
My side has the Pcar, tool bench, tool boxes, bikes and cabinets.
I keep beer in the frig so its fair.

Dan, I actually got those from a local Pennzoil distributor. I've now got them all around that shop. In the front room I have the triangular Firestone pennants around the room as well.. My local Firestone/Bridgestone dealer is very generous whenever they change out decorations (like the Ferrari banner on the right side wall. That thing is about 8 feet long). I've also got a few nice "Welcome race fans" banners that are about 4'x6' hanging from the rafters in the front shop.

Dan, here is the "front stall" right after I had finished the sheet rock, hung the lights and painted the floor (those are the plastic base edgings that the Cocker Spaniels are checking out)..As you can see, pictures, posters and banners are there just before they went up.
