Yes, otherwise how would say a family of four use EBAY? THrough one id? You can pretty much have an unlimited number of user ids as long as you have different email addresses for each. The IP is just a gateway. Just like accessing your ebay account from someone elses computer.

Honestly, I don't know. I only need one. I think you definitely need a different credit card tied to each ebay account, but Im not sure. Its definitely not tied to your IP as that probably changes every three days or so. I think you are right about paypal, but thats something I avoid completely.

Yes, I have several Ebay accounts, one private, one business and another couple.

Do not ask how many bank accounts I have to mess with, and yes, you can have that many PP accounts.

Anyone linking an active bank account with PP is foolish IMHO. Open a bank account, link PP to it then empty the account and stop any overdraft protection. Then link an AmEx card to the PP account and use it that way. Thats the only way you have any control over the account, otherwise PP will run the show.
