I've not heard the "lazy" claims. What's that all about?

Hmm, a long and distinguished career of giving away free cash and valuable prizes . . . sounds well prepared for Washington.

Jim Richards 06-07-2007 11:48 AM

That's exactly why I mentioned him. :D

I refuse to vote for anyone that said “More fun than a hundred drunken clowns with bees in their underpants”.

As far as I know no one running for office has actually said that….but I got my eye on them.

It's about pundits casting about for something negative to write: http://www.slate.com/id/2167411/

I mean, really--could anyone be lazier than GWB? I think it would be great to have an old style "front porch" campaign.

You let us know, Shawn...you let us know.

and what's she playing for Johnny....

A NEW ABRAMS!

Yes, the beautiful Abrams M-1, designed by the good folks at Chrysler, has style, substance, and the depeleted uranium armor. You'll be the talk of the neighborhood as you blast your way through the sea of SUVs and sill sports cars. The Abrams M-1 could be yours...if the price is right.

Bob Barker has that whole PETA vibe going...

Jim Richards 06-07-2007 12:01 PM

Imagine the audience he could reach.

What a pathetic article, it claims he's lazy then goes on to tell me how that will affect his campaign. The only reason given for the rap is that his ethics committee results were lackluster...??? Not even any rumors or examples.

There must be more to this.

Yep. It's just that I have a hard time understanding why the (Repub) voters are so enamored with actors.
Funny, I have a hard time understanding why the are so enamored with Socialist

Early happy hour, Byron? ;)

techweenie 06-07-2007 12:50 PM

Six months ago most of you guys had a raging woody over Giuliani. How times change.

Peaking too early in this race is fatal. (F) Thompson is following a smarter strategy. But it's one thing to win the nom; another to win the election. He is a lot more like Cheney than Reagan and will be easy to defeat.

lendaddy 06-07-2007 12:57 PM

I agree he's a lot like Cheney and that's a big part of why I like him.

Well I support you in that.

Shaun @ Tru6 06-07-2007 01:06 PM

He's not polling very well among pirates likely to vote.

I'm looking forward to Mighty Mouse. the circus show by the pathetic bunch of goons Tuesday night mandates (how will HE spend his political capital?) that he enter the ring.

Ditto.

I'm pulling for him. And when the media start slamming him, I'll love him!

Jim Richards 06-07-2007 01:11 PM

Then you'd love Sanjaya, RL!

The Gaijin 06-07-2007 01:11 PM

I want somebody who can communicate and who can win. This guy could handle Hillary in a debate.
