QUOTE: "A Cavalier decided to ride my bumper so i tapped the brakes."
__________ My tactic is to turn on the lights. Tail lights come on, tailgater brakes behind you, you don't have to touch the brake pedal and slow yourself. Less effective if they are unobservant and only paying attention to the (newer) third brake light.

They are everywhere...not worth getting upset over anymore. Last saturday while on the interstate in my LR, I was in the passing lane when the guy to my right in a cavalier started to drift across the line, I blew the horn to warn him, and he jerks back to the right, when I get alongside, I look over--middle aged guy, with directions out in his lap--obviously reading them when he drifted--then he mouths "You *********" to ME. I just laughed, getting pissed isn't worth it.
