I'm sorry to say that its all" BUSH'S FAULT". The glass is half empty, the poor are no better, the world is no better, the universe is no better, where will it all end. Let's have a full glass for ALL people, let the GOVERNMENT help us all out of these bad times. Golly, we should all help these people because gee." THEY WONT GO OUT AND GET A FREEKING JOB". But I digress, thingking on times past where people took responisibilities for themselves, not waiting for Uncle Sam to take care of every need.

A bit like that famous piece of string, which is twice the length from the center to one end!

Proper etiquette naturally dictates that serving containers for liquids never be unwieldy.
