If you crash at 200mph, a helmet might matter. LOL

Ive been in the back of a 997 cab with another guy while my friends dad bombed around some country roads at triple digit speeds...its really tight but it can be done
my 924S sees 2-3 passengers probably 60-70% of the time its on the road

Where do these thoughts come to you from? How is a helmet going to help at 200 MILES PER HOUR should something happen?
It MIGHT help if the next time you think before hitting the enter key... Might be better if you return to reading Craigs List...

I bet it was an amazing experience and the GT is a great car, IMO.
But, don't you feel a need to hit that magic 200 number, or even 201? ![]() What do you think the difference is between indicated speed and actual? Does the GT tend to err on the + or - of indicated speed? Best, Kurt |

It was cool... Someone on another GT measured 200mph on his GPS system whilst the speedo was indicating 187mph... So we might have been above 200mph.... Also from the testing at Nardo the engineers measured a 1G deceleration for just lifting off the throttle at 200mph... So since I am already off I don't know how much slower we are in the pic from the top reached... |

Skinny or overweight, at least my posts are not bordering on the idiotic. "Wear a helmet if you are driving 200 mph" ....
