Enthusiasm is a weapon you wield very well...that and I bet you've got the details pinned, too. That is a powerful combo.
If you're not number 3 next year you're a ******* ![]() Well done, Rob. No surprise.

so without tipping your hand about anything private, what in general would you say is the key to your success with this venture?

We do our homework; provide maps, lot plans, pics, history and all the info we can find on each and every property that we offer to our clients. We're often told that we provided more info than the listing agents themselves. We use the internet as a marketing tool too; hot damn it works well. Cheers, |

Congrats Rob! A very noteable accomplishment.
I would love to take you up on the free commission home in the shuswap, what a beautiful place it is. I think we are going to be headed your way to visit family in Chase. Perhaps I could buy you a cold one and I would love to see your TT!

Tim!
I have a 22 home development project in Chase, just launched the marketing campaign for that today (8 calls rec'd from buyers first day!). Anyway, love to meet you when you're out. Shoot me an email buddy and we'll set it up! robATrobmckibbon.com Beers on me! TT is in the garage. Bring some outdoor clothing and I'll take you out for a snow mobile ride too; found a great spot above Chase.... Cheers, Overlooking Chase:

Rob,
Good for you! I like the energy you put into life. Sounds like you deserve the rewards. You (along with Shaun) have motivated me a little to move my business to the next level and so far so good! Are you having the BBQ/party this summer? Cheers

Replied. See you this summer Tim!
My buddy took me to that photo spot on my sleds. Nice vantage point. His brothers used to walk up there and jump off with hang gliders on their backs when he was just a little kid. Standing there and imagining stepping off was wild. I'm going to go there in the Spring/Summer and get some marketing photos too. I took these off the highway not too long ago.... Cheers! ![]() ![]()

She is getting tired of the straight lines of the prairies..

that is nuts!
I stood on the edge of that mountain and thought about stepping off with a kite on my back...... what a rush that would truly be! But a suit with wings, no thanks! I have an old VHS video from Europe where these guys/gals do all this stupid, brave stunt stuff. Neat video. The finale was a guy that jumped out of a flying plane with nothing on but a snowboard! He free fell onto a very steep mountain. All at night too with some kind of reflective powder sprinkled on the hill so he could see better. Nuttiest thing I've seen.
