I wonder what Morton was using sugar for. Down at the Imperial Sugar plant in 1958.

Is it worth going? My wife is asking if she should include me because she's buying tickets tomorrow. I can't decide because I really need to go to work and finish some stuff instead of goofing off with my kids in the harbor.

As accident investigators piece together what happened, a witness came forward and related that they had overheard a spontaneous statement made by the driver, "Hey! Watch this!!!"

Reply is probably too late but yeah, I would go... This year they took over the cruise ship terminal and all the tall ships and tied up together and I believe the price of admission allows you access to board all the ships... looks like they are setting up with food and entertainment too.

Previous years they spread the ships all around and you had to pay individually to board the nicer ones.

http://www.tallshipsfestivalla.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/TallShips-Site-Plan-V.15.2.pdf

P.S. I believe you have to pay extra to get on the battleship.
P.S.S. We watched the ships and the duck parade into the harbor from the fish market/restaurant (free except for the price of lunch) we did not visit the festival proper as seen in the map I posted.

Hahaha,

This thing was setting in a local restaurant parking lot. Long enough for a note to be left saying it needs to be moved. On the fourth day, I did some recon since it looked abandoned and was unlocked filled with trash and boxes.

Funny part, it belongs to a local attorney who still drives it. I suspect a good overnight bender and he forgot where it was parked. Up to the point I called his office and told him where it was parked and left. Not even a thanks or go to he\\. Lol

Cheers

Keyed or a little off road adventure?

The 4X4 guys around here call that Mojave pin striping.
