Relax mate, I was just showing you some examples that seem to contradict the "for rallying you don't want them there for any kicks from the wheel" quote. You like to post your sources and be proper, so I too did some fact checking for you. Do as you want with your thumb, but don't believe everything you read on the internet

Yeah, too bad they are still only a 1/2 ton qween, although they do look nice. Wish they would offer a 3/4 or 1 ton. Diesel would even be better. They keep talking about it..............

Last year I saw a Nissan Titan diesel quad cab 1 ton. Talk about freaking huge. Thought it was a Ford at first, had to do a double take.

Was shopping with the gf yesterday and saw a lifted Tundra like this in a handicap stall, too. How does a handicapped person get in and out of a behemoth?

Was thinking that too. Then I thought of our Vets out there with challenges like TBI/PTSD. Not so much of a physiological disability as it is a phycological one. Just spitballing.

Then again, there are some ingenious ways folks can do what they like.

I know handicap people that look fine and have zero problem getting in and out of trucks. It's just how far that they can walk. heart/lung issues.
