Gotta wonder about this car. Local cop cars have HPDxxxx plates. We also have subsidized cop cars (personal vehicles) that have regular plates like these. However, they usually have a single pigtail type antenna on the rear glass. This one has an array of antennae, unlike any subsidized vehicle. Maybe it is a UC Homeland car?
