Where is the fuel truck? I'm betting they refueled the wing tip tanks first while the internal wing tanks were close to empty.

It was pretty windy here today, I was thinking that was the cause. That plane has been sitting on the ramp for a few days. I don’t think they would have been fueling it today as the weather was bad.

Not that there could not be a fuel imbalance that helped put it on it’s tail. There must be a reason it did not set back down on the nose wheel.

Somebody once told me that the Lear 23's and 35's have an issue with fuel transfer valves sticking open and fuel then runs between tanks when parked.
