That is likely 'The Snake'.....video and still cameras set up and just wait.

15mph curve that has camber changes, marbles and uneven surfaces.

Camber is good, the uphill has a change in gradient that unweights the car. Downhill is a nice sweeper. The guys that crash just are going too fast or don't know how to ride. It's not a challenging turn.

That's half the problem. It's just not a challenging turn. They drop their guard and are looking around to see who's watching and make sure the cameras are pointed at them. Next thing ya know you're halfway up the hillside playing Rocky the flying squirrel
