Yeah, it was a Beaver.
Kathryn's Report: de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver Mk I, N952DB and de Havilland Canada DHC-3T Vazar Turbine Otter, N959PA: Fatal accident occurred May 13, 2019 in Ketchikan, Alaska

The other aircraft involved was an Otter.

I just read on the Flight Safety Network website that Randy was flying level at 3300 feet and the Turbo Otter had been descending to that altitude from 3800 feet. Looks like the Otter's pontoons came down on the Beaver.
