That looks like Wayne Huizenga's bird. I used to see it flying around South Florida. He it is on the ass end of his little boat....

The helo being flown by DLR is a Bell 430.
The one on the boat is not.

Huizenga has a Eurocopter EC-155B.

The 430 in the original photo is registered to BOVALE DEVELOPMENTS INC TRUSTEE.
