That's never made any sense to me.

I have to think it is like the houses you see in nice neighborhoods that get torn down to the frame then sit unfinished for years. Someone started the project and didn't calculate the bottom line to finish.

Not mine.

It has the IO 470J. It is only 225hp, thus 162 knots is good for this model. I generally cruise at 145-150 knots. The nice thing is I can burn ethanol free gas in it. Around here that means rec90. Saves me about a buck a gallon.
