I am trying to find my daughter a fairly simple RPN scientific calculator, and have been reduced to bidding on 20-year-old HP calculators on eBay. There isn't anything out there new.

Although, it looks like HP may be launching a algebraic/RPN business calc that looks similar to the HP27S/32S/42S models (Pioneer models), so hopefully a scientific will be next.

note it has "Umgekehrte polnische Notation"

I LOVE my 32S. It's almost 20 years old.

These are good for keeping warp time. Top button activates a built-in inculculator, bottom button turns on the warp inverter. This one is 50mm dia.

Looks like that watch has a space-time anomaly isolator, too. I assume it also has a tri-polar Polhemus circuit, or is that next years model?

Yup. Angular deviation, as observed from its perihelion.

No; my doctor warned me against that (I'm bi-polar).

or is that next years model?

Actually, it's last year's model, three years from now........I think.

You guys' old HP calculators are getting expensive. A HP32S is >$100, a HP41C/CV/CX is $200 with no modules. The 1970s' models are a bunch too.

I have several HP12Cs, a HP11C, HP41CX, and gave my HP48G to my dad. I used to be more interested in programming HP calcs, but that interest is waning. Now you can carry a full Windows PC in a 5" x 3" x 1" package with 1GB RAM and 120GB hard drive, and run anything you like. http://www.oqo.com
