Good for you....here in So Cal, the owners of bedroom community homes out in the boonies simply tell the lenders that they will rent the original house then walk away and let the lender foreclose after they close on the house back in the city....
Gas prices make it so......the 60 mile one way commute is a killer. 5 bucks a gallon? It's here, the national avearage? We'd kill for it.....
