I suspect Normy generally conforms to what is close enough to normal behavior to get by at work but that he has a drinking problem and is an angry drunk. His more belligerent posts tend to be pretty incoherent, suggesting that he's under the influence of something when he's writing them. Is Fed Ex a 24 hour bottle-to-throttle company?

Mmmm, this has torqued off more than a few whacko Righties .

Thls building is part of the training facilities for Navy Seals on the US Naval Amphibious Base in Coronado ( in San Diego Bay), California and is perhaps their barracks. It's nicknamed "The Seals Lair".

Another rule is that condos that are for sale cannot have signs or lockboxes.
what is with the backing in being outlawed?

If they do not notify you, they would almost certainly lose in court if you fought it out in small claims, depending on the way the bylaws are written. If you sue the homeowner's assn in small claims court, you can rep yourself and they have to pay a mouthpiece, but you are essentially suing yourself
