Hillside homes are owned by wealthy, well insured folks, that is what I said.

I will go further though. Here, when asked to evacuate, people do so. When they go to an evacuation center, they help one another and volunteer to do things like clean the restrooms, rather than assaulting, robbing and raping who they can. Not too many of the folks here have been shooting at the guys coming to help them either.

You would think, with as many Democrats as there are in this state, President Bush would have just nuked California by now. He sent that hurricane down there to wipe out NO, and Nancy Pelosi is obviously from California, think about it, dude.

We don't just prepare for disaster differently, we behave differently following the disaster as well.
