Yeah Wayne, I figured you had previous negative experiences with him to come to the decision that you did.... I guess for the most part I have let his posts slip by me to where I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.... Haven't been on the "Is there a God" thread too much....etc... and if someone is utilizing your assets such as this forum against you or your company in such a manner, then I think you made the right decision. I think that I stated in my first reply that I felt it was a little harsh only if he was chopped because of the one instance..... if there were multiple warnings given and he continued to break the rules, then his actions become malicious and he deserved what he got......

Me too Alf...Over the years, despite Snowman's "chest pounding", and bragging, I sensed a LOT of bitterness and lack of compasion in the man...quite sad actually for someone so "successful" and I won't miss him one bit . I think there have been maybe five people banned here since I've been around, and IMO, every one brought it upon themselves after a "pattern" of unacceptable behavior. Wayne (and the other mods) have shown tremendous patience at times (a LOT more than I probably would have), and it IS his "house". Don't mess with the man...he is a "poopyhead" you know

He wasn't that bad and gave out lots of helpful advice - I saved so much money on my engine rebuild by using only silicone as a sealant and re-ringing my alusil P&Cs that I was able to afford a big bible and a place on the wrong side of the tracks!!!1!!!!111!

Oh, I forgot - I also was able to build a time machine, go back to the year 2000, source my own parts and rebuild the engine for a total of $7.64 --> LESS THAN 1/1,000,000th THAT PELICAN WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME!!!
