Manliness. A dying trade??

Driving to work this morning listening to a sports show on the radio. Seems the NFL has passes a new rule oulawing four letter words in the stands. If you are found to be cursing, upsetting your fellow footbal fans, you can be ejected from the stadium.

WTF!!

Has the male species castrated itself?? Men have become a bunch of pansy a$$es.
Guys doing guy things are fading away. We are becoming lazy and feminized. Everything offends us. Cursing, dirty jokes, naked women, loud bikes. What happened the the male sense of humor?

We cant even cut our own lawns any more. Why do that when you can hire a lanscaper? What happened to taking pride in doing you own yardwork. Id rather have the crappiest lawn on the block and do it myself, than have a nice one that someone does for me.

Guys bringing thier cars to get "handwashed". Whats the matter, you cant wash your own car?? ( a drive through carwash is acceptable)

To me, letting another man touch your lawn or your car is like letting them touch you woman. Off limits!

Hey , let go grab a few lattes , instead of a few brews!

What traditional old time guy things do you guy see fading away?

Hey, its a slow day at work, I'm bored.....

Always remember to rape, pillage, and plunder before you burn. I think that's lost on most guys today.

I understand Z-Man will be policing the stands for compliance.

they're just following PPOT!!!

but yeah, i have maybe 3 or 4 'father/son' type memories and one of them is being at Memorial Stadium w/ stepfather and grandfather who brought a cooler o' beer (never got falling down drunk tho) and listening to the jeers.

i don't know why but in retrospect it was an important experience.

Manliness is still out there, it's the Metro dweebs who get thrown on T.V. Southpark, once again, did a fantastic episode slamming the Metro fad, "South Park is Gay".

Being manly might offend the more sensitive, so it's no longer PC.

Better to be light in the loafers and safe.

Odd, I consider over primping a lawn to be a feminine trait.

Say you have an 8 year old son. Do you want them hearing a non-stop curse fest at the game? If you're trying to teach him to be respectful of others and have a mature demeanor, do you want them bombarded with drunken f-bombs for 3 hours?

Funny that people complain about the "drop in morals" in society, but it's OK to swear like a sailor at a football/baseball game?

i learned to curse in spanish from the delivery guys at my parent's store. my dad pulled me aside early, and explained the situation. he also continued by putting the mental image of my mom's idea of dicipline deep into my feeble brain. i learned early, my dad didnt shelter me, he laid down boundary and rules, and i followed them. i want kids to learn from parents, not from the knuckle draggers at the game. i think kids will hear everything anyways. football game or not. parents need to step up. so eff that. i dont think cursing shows a decline in morality. cursing has been going on for years.

I certainly don't equate manliness with a foul mouth, it's pretty stupid behavior in my book.

To me it just demonstrates how shallow someone is if they can't use the english language properly in a public place. You want to talk like that go join the Hell's Angels and get f----- up the a$$.

If you have to prove your manliness to someone you most likely don't have a pair in the first place.

I went to some Yankee games years ago, most disgusting experience of my life, smoking pot, swearing constantly, puking in the stands and what's a game w/o a few fist fights, yeah, nice environment!
