worked on Dale E. Sr's bus today....
had to do some satellite /tv work in a clients bus today, the bus was previously owned by dale earnhardt sr. and was his home at any event he was at, it was very nice inside but not real flashy like some of the others i've seen, just inviting and comfortable.
i met dale sr. the month before he died at the rolex 24 which he drove in with jr, he was a nice down to earth guy and a gained respect for him after we met. it is currently being gone over and will be tastefully "stocked" with authentic dale sr. memorabilia and will visit different events in the coming future from what i was told. the owner of this bus also owned and johnny cash's personal old school tour bus and donated it to the rock and roll hall of fame 2 years ago......i got to hear some interesting stories on that one ![]() here are some camera phone pics......i need to get a good camera to leave in my toolbox as this is just a taste of what's come through our shop..... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
