UK caused cholera, says Zimbabwe

Ok, we know some leaders of countries around the world are somewhat bent. North Korea's Kim comes to mind, Libya's Gaddafi has always been good for a chuckle or two (you gotta love his Amazon guards), and what's his name from Iran (of course, a lot of his verbal spillage is probably political posturing) . . . the list goes on.

But Mugabe in Zimbabwe has to be the current top of the pile.

See BBC link
"Information Minister Sikhanyiso Ndlovu described the [cholera] outbreak as a "genocidal onslaught on the people of Zimbabwe by the British"

"Mr Mugabe has already accused Western powers of plotting to use cholera as an excuse to invade and overthrow him."
His people are dying because he & his buddies have raped the land. Unfortunately, a common occurence in Africa.

Ian

Denial is a defense mechanismd, in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence.

Why won't Mugabe die already?!?

it's not denial when he says anything, it's blatant disregard for human dignity of his citizens, and arrogance towards just about everybody...

perhaps a squadron of A10 warthogs could be send on a training mission, and unload a couple thousand rounds of 30-mike-mike on his straw hut.

What an idiot. Everyone knows the US was responsible.

He's been riding the "Bristish/white people are responsible for everything" horse since he seized power. It's been his justification for holding power. There are enough people in his country who believe it and are willing to keep him in power. This is just the logical conclusion, If I recall correctly, duing the election he stole recently, the US tried diplomatic efforts to get rid of him but South Africa's secretary of state told Rice point blank that South Africa was in charge of the region and that it would take care of things and would block the US and any European power from getting involved. I have never understood why the Black African countries stand shoulder to shoulder with each other to protect their murderous peers, just to keep the "Colonists" out. My suspicion has been that all the leaders are the same, so they watch out for each other. That doesn't say much for the supposedly responsible South African "democracy".

A couple of days ago Mugabe was denying that there was a Cholera problem in his country, now that the issue is too big to ignore he decides to play the blame game. What a piece of work!

Astounding, unbelievable ignorance for other peoples misery. His own citizens. What a disastrous low life of a man.

May I suggest that you send Obama to b1tch slap some sense into this dangerously insane turd.

Sure it would. Over the years, the British have used many insidious means to subdue . . . cholera, tea, opium, the Beatles, Greenwich Mean Time . . . they are totally ruthless but usually not too successful.

well, if the C.I.A. created A.I.D.S. to kill black people, it only makes sense that the british would use cholera.

Nothing bad that happens in Africa surprises me at all. Since I was a child, every time Africa is mentioned in the news, it's a famine, war, genocide, etc... "crisis of the week". If you listen to the BBC or Reuters, Africa is perpetually in crisis and I'm just tired of it. Constant tribal warfare is the cause of all the rest of the continent's problems and sending $ and food will not help.

my idea as well, protect the borders and let them be wild, it is what they choose...
the latset thing is that they hunt for albino people in one of those countries... to cut of limbs and grind em to "magic powder"... And then some try to convince the world that humans, we don't come from animals... When some humans are clearly still animals at this time...
