Last October I was in Omaha for a couple nights and we stayed near the old town area. Twice ate at Upstream brewery and on the last night had the Grilled Ribeye. Pretty good, definitely better than the mail order Omaha Steaks I've experienced, but nothing that knocked my socks off.
I'll have to try Johnny's if I get out there again - hopefully when it thaws

I get Omaha certificates from work as well but the key here is that I am in Canada. We got 4 steaks, 4 potatoes and cheesecake. Looking it up online that order would have cost me $130 to get it tom my door. The food was good but for that price I can go out and have someone else cook and serve me.
