So.....I guess they are maybe suggesting perhaps: "why pay 4 less capable guys, oh don't know, $75K/year each to destroy a company when you can pay one maybe $150 to do the job right"??

I am wanting to think that maybe the car actually respresents the hiring company. Anyone else see the commercial? Did you read it the same way?

The end shows the big executive monster turning and walking down the street, leaving the car a smoldering wreck, looking for his next big position I bet.

Actually would be a perfect match if the job was actually destroying cars.

I like your take, that's pretty good.:D

You guys need to understand a little about the way hiring is done, to prevent lawsuits. Company has a position to be filled. They have a great internal candidate, but they cannot just "give" it to that person. So they post the job on the internet, and the company jobsite, and take some resumes, and them go with the guy they planned to hire.

A LOT of jobs you find on internet jobsites are these jobs. The Ladders, the jobs are posted, but they have to pay significant money to put up a job. The jobs can only be put up of the salary is $100K. So I expect it is not just a "put up".

One local company here only posted 1 job on the Ladders. It was real and I interviewed. All of the other jobs were posted on the Texas jobs site and the internal company site. Those jobs were being filled with internal people first.
