Sorry to digress, but lawyers here say anything not done to the n'th degree to mitigate the mold (remove and replace the studs, braces and caps) will constitute fraud unless disclosed when sold.
Yes, it would be OK to tell buyer that drywall was replaced, all wood bleached, including any underflooring for 20 feet, but not replaced. See how long it takes buyers to run away. Just noticed you are in Florida...... mold capital of the country. |
