Cheap sets on gppgolf.com and tgw.com. Search for "kids."

I bought my son a right handed Jr set when he was 4 in hopes that I could get him to play right handed. He mainly just played around with them, but as time has passed, he has grown more interested. He is very left handed & I got sick of seeing him try to hit the clubs back wards, so I bought him a left handed 7 iron a few months ago. He's six now & his interest has continued to grow. His mom picked him up a 5 wood at the driving range last weekend.

I was still hoping I could at least get him to use the right handed putter cross gripped, but it was too confusing, so I bought him a left handed putter. He is all set now & we try to get him to the range at least a couple times a week. We run through a couple of drills & I try to keep it short & light. He hit me in the head today with his wood, but it was my fault. I really hope his interest in the game continues to grow. I love the sport & would love to be able to take him with me to play in a few years.

On a final note, teaching my 6 yr old golf is much less frustrating than when I tried to help my Ex learn it, that was an expensive disaster, never again. I've told my wife that if/when she wants to learn, she's on her own.

I'm caddying tomorrow. Going on six years now, 15 loops in the first 3 weeks of this summer, and over 275 career loops.
