Eleven miles per hour over is when it is triggered. You can ignore the ticket in the mail and wait until they serve you. If your court date comes and goes and you *never* got the ticket in the mail and were never served, you should be in the clear. You can just pay it too, the ticket will not make your insurance go up. It is purely for revenue generation. Some say "don't worry you won't get served". That's what my wife thought until she was served. If you're out of state, I wouldn't worry about it.

Don't respond to anything in mail... If you get served then pay it, but as long you don't respond to anything you should be good.

And, don't go to court and refer to it as a "Speed Trap".......In my state, a "speed trap" is legally defined as the very old system of a stop watch and a timed distance......Judges love to find you didn't prove your case because you referred to a photo radar ticket as a "speed trap"......

Considering I live in Nevada and have a NH drivers license I probably won't get served...

They don't care where your license is. Also, you could be considered served if, when you receive the notice in the mail, you log onto their website to check. Resist the temptation to do that. Put the notice in the shredder. The cameras are probably going away soon. But they ain't gonna let anyone go if they have a way to get you before that day comes.

I have almost never seen those cameras without at least two signs warning you that they're coming up. I know out-of-staters aren't used to them, but I really have no sympathy for the locals who get nailed. I drove the 993 to Vegas this weekend and did triple digits for plenty of the trip. My detector saved me a few times and the warning signs did as well.
BTW, those stationary cameras run on sensors in the pavement, so detectors don't pick them up. You can download them onto certain detectors that have a GPS in them from a website that keeps tabs on them. When I'm on my bike, I just ride the lane divider line where I see the sensor marks in the pavement. I've done 90 right through them and they never knew I was there.

The only signs I saw were for a no lane changing zone coming up.. Now later down the road there were a couple of "photo speed zones" or something like that, with the state swine SUV with cameras, but there were no signs that said "speed zone" or anything, just a ton of cameras..

Yes, those yellow diamond "Photo Enforcement Zone" signs are your signal to keep it below 11 mph over. The DPS mobile camera units use radar, so a detector will pick them up, though the K-band is very weak and doesn't always give a hit until pretty close. They usually sit under overpasses because there is so little shade in AZ.
