Really strange pain

On vaca in FL

was at beach yesterday morn

been having these really weird intense localized sharp stabbing pains that last a second or two coming and going all over the place

tip off my fingers, toes, soles of feet

really weird cause it's not really happening in the same place every time

like just now it happened in the first joint of big toe on left foot

the pain before was second toe of right foot

same pain just moves around

feel fine otherwise

ouch just hit tip of big toe

weird

Sleeping in a different bed or using a different pillow?

Pinched nerve in your back or neck due to sleeping differently?

Are you diabetic? It sounds like you're describing the pain associated with diabetic neuropathy.

Have you recently ceased taking any meds, anti-depressants in particular? Withdrawal can do weird things.

Well I would guess its your back. Tingly/poking pain in your toes and feet points to some kind of impingement in your lower back. Your sleeping in a strange bed, and your back might not be liking it. Sleep on your side with your knees together.

I've got 2 ruptured disks, and I find Cat/Cows very helpful in keeping my back flexible and aligned.
