if the druggies are a nuissance, try getting the cops to visit them a few times.
Chances that they find some illegal stuff are good.... (Not nice of me, I know, but hey, I like annoying drug users as much as the next guy...)

Problem is if I call the cops they will know it was me. Its an upstairs downstairs unit. Just us and the nearest building is out of ear shot. I am not willing to risk getting my car keyed or my **** stolen. Going to talk to the landlord in the morning....
