Good Morning guys.

The dinner last night was fun. Good chicken and COLD beer mmmmmmm.

It was a strange commute today. I drove 4 miles before I saw another car and it was on the other side of the road. For the entire commute in there was never a car in front of me until I hit the two mile stretch of highway and all the cars were in other lanes. Not one car of traffic in my way for the entire commute at normal drive time. COOL.

Last night at the dinner one of my former co-workers was talking about how he sold his lake house & his local house. They decided that were tired of the going to the lake thing so he made up a For Sale by Owner sign and stuck it in the ground by the driveway at the lake house and headed for home. As they walked in the door the phone rang and it was the guy that ended up buying the house. It was a cash deal so it was done very quickly. They made a last trip to the lake house to get the last of their stuff and hand over the keys.

He grabbed his sign and threw it in his truck. When they got home and unloaded he stuck that same sign in the ground next to his driveway and went inside for a beer. The phone was ringing as he walked in. That was the guy the bought the house. He had seen Ron stick the sign in the ground and stopped in front of the house and called. Once again a cash deal, no mortgage. The took all that money and paid cash for a house they are in now. I told him he needs to go into real estate sales.

She is a friend of Eric's. He suggested I add her based on common interests....

Our UPS driver just came in with a package. He looked like he had been in a sweat lodge. He was totally wet with sweat. It is 97 degrees outside. He gets to ride around in the truck with no AC and the back of the truck is a big metal box. The real fun is loading a bunch of heavy boxes in and out of the truck. He is earning his paycheck.
