Oy, off to the doc.....the ulcer is back in full force...

Nothing from the HR director and her work day ends at 2:30, so not a lot of time left...
I've got two lawyers practically begging for the case, told 'em I'll make a decision once the 'investigation' is over.
What a flustercuck...

i am sure you know this already..... laying off the booze and cigs will help your ulcer. good luck at the dr.'s. even more good luck with the 'investigation'.

one more thing HHI: i have a friend who is a HR manager. i recently had an interesting issue at work and i spoke with him about it. his take was that HR cannot do anything until their investigation is complete. also, HR is going to be extremely aware of the possibility of legal action. and finally, they won't be able to tell you exactly what their action was. in my case, it all worked out for the better.

Yeah, I'm gonna cut the booze out for a while. Not giving up the cigars though. They honestly don't seem to really have an effect on the ulcer...

A close family friend is director of HR for a good sized company, before that director of HR for a Sheriff's Dept and a PI attorney. I've been getting advice from him along the way.
Trust me, this bunch is very aware of the possibility of legal action.....actually, I suspect they're anticipating both of us suing. TEB doesn't have **** for a case, but I've got incident after incident after incident that are all individually more than enough grounds for suit.
