i'm already hurting.. went karting last night... my legs hurt, my arms are jello, and they hurt, and my rear hurts too... did put in some good times in the first heat.. had to retire during the second heat because i felt my back was about to lock up... didn't want to put myself in another bout of back ache..


Not again it was the first week since april that it kinda was improving.. so i figured retiring was sensible..

Done, waiting at pharmacy, xanex...

Hmmm. Karting does sound fun. Just a shame all the pca guys are lame and won't go to the indoor track....

Given the time of year for my business, I don't have the time or stability to go see a shrink...just need a temporary patch through the end of the year...
