Well, another night blown, sitting in the swing by the pond, with a few beers and a few cigars......

A mutual friend forced a TEB update on me(I've told him that I don't care to discuss her)
She's getting crap over her job performance. Numbers are apparently very low
She's also become a bit of an alcoholic....
I feel bad for her, but not bad enough to think twice about allowing that kind of drama back into my life

I told the mutual friends.d I didn't want to hear about her unless she'd hit rock bottom and realized she needed help or if her life was in danger

On the brighter side of life: I scouted a new mechanic for the Mercedes. He's been a Mercedes certified master mechanic for 30yrs and appears to know em inside and out. I'm also trying to arrange a date with his service manager. She's a little bigger than I usually go for, bit seems really sweet and loves cars....

Back to crapsville: they found more mechanical issues.....the car wont even make it to the body shop until Thursday, then it has to go to Mercedes and god knows when they can reschedule it....

I've got to get up early in the morning anyway....gotta finish the garage, find somewhere that carries EP90 and change my gearbox, transfer case and differential oil....
THEN, I've got to get all the normal work day BS done....

What a crappy day. I think I got out of my chair twice during the whole slog! Only 10 min left and it's home time. 1/2 an hour to beer o'clock and a four day weekend....hurray for Australia Day :cool:
