Snakes...we got 'em up the kazooba. They're all over the place here. Often have King Browns in my yard. The good thing about aussie snakes is that they have very small fangs and they wont always release venom when they bite. Very few people are bit, and of those very few die.

When we have a snake in the yard, we'll just get the dogs inside and watch it till it leaves - it's someone else's problem then. If it doesn't want to leave, we'll call the snake catcher to come get it. They respond to a call pretty quickly.

Holy non driving crap, I almost didn't make it back from the bank. I had some moron in a Tahoe come around a blind corner in my lane, I have no idea how we didn't hit, and I have no idea if he saved it. I did manage to get the bird out before he was out of sight. Not 3 miles down the road the exact same thing only replace Tahoe with Ranger, we was not so lucky, he didn't hit me but he didn't recover from the dive back to his lane. Trees to not move. One less vehicle to worry about now

It may be safe to go to bed now? I haven't heard any noises for a while - wife broke herself playing beer pong with a bunch of 21yo's and I had to bring her home from the 21st birthday party early.
