I have come up with a plan for the noise test.
Cut out muffler from old Monty system.
Replace muffler with a cheap silent type.
Take it along to the test .
If new system fails, put on Monty with silent muffler.
Re do test.
Bolt on new system.
Keep old Monty for any future drama. :)
