Dave I took the high spot out of the back of the neck. Set up the 3" dia block on the sander and just touched it. Then wrapped a piece of 200 grit around the rubber block and hand finished it. Looks great. now to find the center of the neck and drill holes.

are you going to make holes or use the store bought kind?

um how do I answer that and not get slapped?

I have to drill them but only when Dave says its ok to drill and not a min sooner.

Well I was just wondering because Walmart has a sale on post holes and I figured you may be able to order some smaller ones.

I need some slightly larger than the 3-ring binder size and a lot smaller than a post hole.

Maybe you can just chip a piece off of a post hole and sand it to fit.
