oh, right. yes, it is a bit green. and that is a proper term for new beer that is not quite ready to be served. some of the sharper flavors will mellow, especially the grassiness of the hops.

I do know the hopps are called liquid gold up here in eastern WA.

they are a huge cash crop, for sure. prices for hops have at least tripled in the last 10 years, due to demand.

Yea, as if I would pick a roofing company because some stranger knocks on my door and says they are the best. I tell every salesman of every sort the same thing. I NEVER EVER purchase ANYTHING solicited at my front door or on the telephone. It is a rigid rule of mine and it will not change until I win the lottery and I don't buy lottery tickets, so the odds are very low.
