Really? Can I have another SC and enough money to make a 73RS clone out of it? I'll be your bestest friend in the whole wide world. |
Sure, why not :)

Heh, Porsche killer maybe!
eh, he fixes jets all day, he's mechanically smarter than I... |
Is the car issue with the engine management or with the body stuff. The reason I ask is there is a lot of VW in the pre 85.5 944's. They are basically re-skinned 924S's

Good morning folks.
The girls in the ZZ Top video is just like the membership of the local El Camino Club. Yea, that's the ticket. Sure, the club is not a bunch of Grey haired geezers, it is chicks like in the ZZ Top video. Sure Really! |
Your real name is Walter Mitty, isn't it?
|
I call dibs on the chick in denim. :) (if Beth will let me)
|
Janet, I have mixed feelings over your yanking out the 944 engine, but I can understand the rationale. One of my friends has a SBC in a 951. The original turbo engine was constantly crapping out on him at the track, so he went for a more reliable lump. I would think the 944 engine would be more solid.
